Thank you for shopping with Satin Mane Beauty. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and safely as possible.
By placing an order with Satin Mane Beauty, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. SHIPPING PARTNER
All orders are shipped using:
Aramex Store-to-Door
Delivery services are handled by third-party courier providers. While we aim to ensure smooth and timely delivery, Satin Mane Beauty cannot guarantee courier performance once parcels have been dispatched.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–3 business days
Orders are not processed:
- on weekends,
- public holidays,
- or during unexpected operational interruptions.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- 8–11 business days nationwide within South Africa.
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery periods.
4. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work closely with our courier partners, Satin Mane Beauty shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- courier operational delays,
- weather conditions,
- public unrest,
- strikes,
- high-volume periods,
- incorrect customer information,
- customs/security delays,
- load shedding,
- or other unforeseen events.
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation unless otherwise required under South African law.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- shipping addresses are correct and complete,
- contact numbers are accurate,
- and someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Satin Mane Beauty shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Additional courier fees resulting from failed delivery attempts or returned parcels may be charged to the customer.
6. TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- a tracking number,
- and courier tracking instructions via email or SMS where applicable.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status using the provided tracking information.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
While we will assist in opening courier investigations where applicable:
- Satin Mane Beauty is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after confirmed handover to the courier, except where required by law.
- Claims may require supporting evidence, including photographs and delivery documentation.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Address correction requests may result in delivery delays and additional courier charges.
9. HIGH DEMAND PERIODS
During promotions, launches, holidays, or peak shopping periods:
- processing and delivery times may increase beyond standard estimates.
Customers will be notified where significant delays occur.
